Donovan Bixely - Author and Illustrator

Today Conor and Ashleigh got to attend a presentation by the talented author - illustrator Donovan Bixely. He spoke about what being an author - illustrator involves and demonstrated techniques he uses when drawing illustrations for books. He read extracts from his very creative Flying Furball series and explained how his award winning book Monkey Boy was rejected by publishers 17 times.
