Softball !

The Room 10 softball team has been very successful this year, winning every game - here are scenes from our final game against Room 18.

Week 3 mobiles and portraits

In Weeks 2 and 3, Room 10 created pastel copies of themselves and brought in the mobiles they made for homework. Once again the standard of work produced was high - everyone had to create a 3D mobile that gave an insight into what they were intersted in, achievements and goals for the future ...
 we learnt to:
* use a variety of resources to present information
* manage time efficiently, meet deadlines and meet commitments.

Our softball team got off to a good start too - beating Rooms 9 and 16 in the Year 7 competition.
 Today it's Room 12!

Week 1 Term 1 2013 - You survived !

On Tuesday 29 January,  28 rather nervous students arrived in Room 10... by the end of the week they were well settled into Room 10 and Anthony arrived - bringing the  number of class members up to 29.
There were lots of new rules and routines to learn - testing has started and everyone has had to get used to being in class and working again- this has been tough because it has been HOT all week.
