School ends for 2024 - Brains and Christmas Houses

 And just like that the 2024 School year was over - our final activity for the year was this one - whats going on in your brain, an idea from Diary of a Wimpy Kid....

Room 10 2024 has been a great class -  with 22 boys and 13 girls there was never a dull moment - and lots of new words and characters were introduced into our class vocabulary. Words like skibiddi, rizz and sigma, the boys decided I 'glazed the girls'  - and interesting YouTube characters kept popping up in discussions. 

We had an end-of-year competition  - working together to create Gingerbread Christmas Houses. The girls came out the winners - ' reading and following instructions' was not a strong point for some ....

  On Tuesday 17 December, the class was packed up and school officially finished for the year.

  The Year 8's will be missed and we wish them well for their High School years...
