Anzac Biscuits

As part of our study on Anzacs and Gallipoli, and to follow on from their Anzac soldier's lunch, Room 10 spent the afternoon in the Cooking Room making Anzac Biscuits. They used two recipes- an original from WW1 and a more modern version:

Both groups agreed the taste was the same - the more modern version just looked better!
